Furnished 3bd/1ba summer sublet June July Apartments (Sublet)

Hey y'all! I have a fully furnished 3 bed/1 bath apartment in the Wade Park area I'm interested in subletting for roughly June 1st to July 31st (can be flexible on start date). Address is 11419 Ashbury Ave. Apt 3. Furnishings include beds, desks,... dressers, TV, dining table, chairs, couch, etc. as well as cooking supplies/appliances and linens upon request. Monthly rent is about $685/month including utilities if all three bedrooms are occupied. Rent would also include access to the back parking lot, high-speed WiFi, trash/recycling costs, and onsite washer dryer in the basement.

There's a covered balcony with seating that looks out onto the street. Kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. 15-20 minute walk from much of CWRU's campus; 10 minute walk from CIM; about five minute drive from HEC/Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.

You'd be renting from three grad students who are staying local in the Cleveland area over the summer to help if anything comes up. We'd love to find a few students or summer interns to help with housing for those couple months :') Pictures are attached and I'm happy to set up a FaceTime/video tour.
