room available in 3 bed 1 bath women only townhouse in Little Italy
Seeking third female roommate for the 3 bed 1 bath townhouse we are renting in Little Italy, just off campus. The street is pretty quiet and very safe. Current occupant is relocating some time between Dec 6 and Jan 31, so there may be some... flexibility to the move in date. The current lease runs until July 31.
The townhouse is a side-by-side with a back yard, lower front porch, and upper level balcony shared with the neighboring unit. There is a private basement with full laundry. The first floor includes the bathroom, kitchen with new stove, dinning room, and TV / Study room set up in the living room. The second floor has all the bedrooms and access to the upper balcony.
Rent is $500 per person + a 3 way split for wifi, gas, and electric. $500 refundable deposit
Current roommates include myself, a full time employee and part time masters student at Case, and one other female roommate, who is a 1st year PhD student at CSU. There is one cat in residence. Photos are of the move in process. If you'd like more current photos please message me.
