The apartment is conveniently located just an 8-minute drive from campus and an easy 8-minute walk to Coventry... Village, which has lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores.

About the apartment:
- 2 bedrooms, 1 nicely updated bathroom (you’d have your own bedroom; available furnished or unfurnished)
- Shared common areas are mostly furnished already, but I’m open to adding or changing furniture together to make it feel like home for both of us
- Utilities (gas, electric, water, and Wi-Fi) are all included in rent
- Free laundry: Our unit has its own washer and dryer located in the basement
- Tons of extra storage space in the basement for bikes, gear, or extra belongings
- Parking: There's one garage spot available specifically for our apartment, plus additional uncovered parking available behind the building for tenants
- Pets: I have two super-friendly cats who will happily welcome you home every day! If you have pets or are considering getting one, I'm open to discussing that.
