The area is nice and the renovations are cool, but that’s about it for complements about this place. Maintenance barely exists. The walls are hollow, so you can hear everything going on upstairs, downstairs, and next door in the hallways. The hallways are absolutely disgusting. In the laundry room, the dryers never work. As for the renovations, they’re nice too but the doors are old, just painted over with new knobs and they barely close. Someone re-wired our outlets so 2 out of 10 of them don’t... work (and nothing in the wire box is labeled). And our apartment didn’t even come with a smoke detector. It’s pretty loud over here too because you’re near the Main Street so it’s hard to get any sleep. In the hallways, someone’s always leaving their trash out so it smells god awful. And there’s a LOT of tools, boxes, and other junk in the hallways from previous contractors as well. The manger of these apartments is really nice and all and I can tell she’s trying, but the work and quality of these apartments isn’t worth the amount my partner and I are paying. But this is just my own personal experience.
