Duplex 5 minute walk from Northside

Hi,

I'm Grayson. I am a 3rd Case student (Biochemistry B.S.), and me and two other guys are looking for someone to sublease during the academic year 26-27. The room is $577.5 (rent includes all utilities + Spectrum 2G wifi). The first room on the... second floor is the one that is offered.

More details:
It is a duplex-style older home with hardwood floors. There is not AC, however the property comes with 3 window AC units, and the room that you would have will have a window AC unit (one that I installed in the room). There is a brand new fridge with the house, and there is a lot of storage/space, especially if things need to be put in the basement. The bedroom has a full sized mattress and a closet.

The most surprising feature is the color of the house, which has earned it the name Grape House. I have bought a lot of drying racks because it does not have a dishwasher. There is an in-unit dryer and washer. The landlord is very responsive. I am personally not on the meal plan, so I bought a lot of cooking supplies/tupperware, glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware etc. for anyone in the house to use (I do not ask anyone to pay me for using this stuff). There is on street parking with no extra costs.

P.S: I will admit that it is not perfect, but I really appreciate how close it is to campus. I have looked at other listings, and the distance it takes to walk is much further, while this place is 5 minutes from the Greenlink stop.
