What used to be the best place in the area to live, has quickly become a trainwreck. From constantly broken elevators, to parking nightmares, to hallways with new carpet stains from drinks spilled and pets going to the bathroom everywhere, this place is just a lot different than it was before. Ironically enough, the price has actually gone down because of how many tenants are leaving due to the issues above. Not a surprise, hopefully they figure it out, because Flats at East Bank used to be a... lot better.

Over the past four years, I’ve watched The Flats at East Bank decline significantly. This used to be a great place to live, which makes the current experience especially disappointing. Cleanliness has suffered, major amenities are frequently out of service for extended periods, and the overall staff experience has gone downhill, with only a few individuals consistently providing good service. Given the cost of living here, the lack of upkeep and accountability is unacceptable, and I can no... longer recommend this community as it stands.

I've been living here a few years and I don't plan on moving any time soon. This community has experienced growing pains that many couldn't recover from and I'm actually proud to see all of the improvements and upgrades that have occurred. It's a great place to live, great neighbors in a great location.
