House Share Available in a furnished Home on Leafy Street Near many Amenities

This is for the use of two bedrooms in furnished house. The room is not furnished. The house is charming with all hardwood floors, except for ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The house has a cozy feel with lots of historic warmth, but...
then modern upkeep and updates make it quite livable. The living room fireplace is wood burning, but the fan distributes heat to help heat the home. A large deck, a gas grill, and doors off the living room open to a screened-in porch overlooking a lovely yard.

Your housemates would be a 50-something artist/nanny/mother, and in the summer, or during holidays, a college freshman home on break. She is quiet and socializes mostly out of the home.

I hope to find one housemate who is clean, communicative, and can help do her/his share of chores in the common areas. Sharing meals or a game night once in a while could be fun, also, but is not necessary. I would like to feel like we can create a comfortable and supportive community.

The first-floor kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave, stainless steel appliances, and marble countertops. There is a half bath on the first floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms you could choose from. The third floor has a bedroom and a full bathroom. This could be an office or a bedroom.

The basement has a washer, dryer, and lots of safe, dry storage.

We are within walking distance from all that is on Lee Road - library, Dobama Theater, Cedar Lee movie theater, Wine Spot, Phoenix Coffee, many restaurants, 3 bakeries, two yoga places, bars, drugstore, etc.
