Kensington Place Apartments
Going on my 4th year at this apartment complex. I have nothing but good things to say. Staff and crew and super friendly and accommodating. Package room on 2nd floor is secure. Trash room on every floor. Laundry room on 2nd, 4th and 6th floor. Clean building. Residents and very friendly and building is generally always quiet and respectful. Rent price is reasonable. Party room and fitness room available. Building is in the same area as a grocery store, local police station and a Metro ER for medical emergencies. Thank you all at Kensington for always being on top of things. Good health and love to all!!!

Great Place to live
I moved from Florida to Ohio and chose Kensington Place apts as my new home. I wanted a clean quiet and safe place to live. Kensington exceeded all my expectations. I drove through the parking lot and neighborhood late nights early mornings too see if it was safe and quiet. Yes I’m happy to say quiet and safe. I made an appointment with office manager Christina to see a 2 bedroom 2 bath very spacious and affordable she was extremely nice and pleasant so yes I was eager to move in immediately. The community is kept nice and clean inside and outside .Anytime I have ever needed maintenance and called the office my repairs have been repaired in a timely manner prioritizing the job and repairs. I must say my 2 years living here has been pleasant. Blessings to the entire staff at Kensington for making this a great place to live

Amazing Place to live
I moved here to Kensington Place Apts from Florida 2 years ago . I just wanted to find a nice clean and safe environment to live. Kensington exceeded all and above. The community and the people live here are nice and quiet. No heavy traffic with people in and out. Any repairs needed maintenance has always showed up in a timely manner prioritizing each call and repairs. I respect that consideration. All the staff here is super awesome. The cleaning staff is super awesome always have the building looking good and smelling good. It’s really nice to come home and the entire property looks good. Just grateful to call Kensington my home. With a big Thanks to all staff here at Kensington Place Apartments I appreciate you all and keep the good work, Blessings

Comfortable
I have been living here since I was a preteen and when I moved out on my own at the age of 27, this is the first place I chose due to how comfortable I am with the staff. They are pleasant, funny, and inviting.
