We have lived at the Shoreway for almost a year now and it has been wonderful. Have lived in several other, newer, complexes in the Gordon Square area over the last 9 years and I can say that the Shoreway is the best experience yet. The apartments are huge, great views from the large windows, loft style. We love the roof deck, especially because it is an amenity space we can bring our dog to. The location is amazing, with direct access to Edgewater right outside and a short drive/uber/bike to the other Cleveland neighborhoods and downtown. The neighborhood itself gives a community feel including great restaurants a few steps away including one in the building. What sets the Shoreway apart from the other places I have lived is the staff and ownership. Most other places I lived were owned by out of state or even out of country ownership, so property management team doesn’t have direct communication with ownership making communication was usually slow and unreliable. J Roc is Cleveland focused and local. To add, we have not had any personal issues, but even with things like power outages or building maintenance the management team is timely and accurate with information and maintenance requests.

Shoreway is an excellent apartment building. You just can’t beat the rooftop with views of Edgewater & downtown Cleveland.
