My roommate and I are looking for one more female roommate for our 3B2.5B apartment at Park Lane Villa. We’re both CWRU graduate students—one master’s student and one PhD... student.

The available room is the largest bedroom in the apartment and has its own private bathroom and closet. It’s unfurnished, so you can bring your own furniture and arrange it however you like. The shared living room is very spacious, and there is plenty of room for additional furniture.

The apartment has:

• In-unit washer and dryer
• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator
• Central A/C and heating
• Secure building entry and a staffed front desk
• Elevator and on-site maintenance
• Optional underground garage parking

We’re both clean, easygoing, and usually pretty quiet at home. We don’t personally host parties or have overnight guests, but we’re not trying to make the apartment overly strict. Friends visiting, an occasional overnight guest, or a small get-together are totally fine as long as we communicate and are respectful of each other.

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from CWRU and is also convenient to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals.

Rent: $1,155/month
Utilities: Water included; internet is $20/month; electricity is split among three roommates
Parking: Optional underground garage parking for $125/month
Move-in: Available anytime in August; September 1 is also fine
Lease: One year

The selected roommate will go through the apartment’s regular application process and be officially added to the lease.
