I regret to say my experience with this landlord has been extremely disappointing. During my tenancy there were multiple issues with communication. The biweekly rants and passive aggressive notes slipped under my door were unprofessional. Specifically my unit was without heat during the winter. He was slow to address the issue. The most troubling point was the handling of my security deposit. Despite leaving the property in very good condition the landlord unjustly held my deposit for bogus cleaning fees. I would not recommend this property to ANYONE!

I called the owner after seeing almost a dozen apartments that were marked “available” but told me he didn’t have any until October but left all the units marked “available” to keep the photos up and people calling. HORRIBLE liar.

Units are Spacious and Well Maintained
Great location. Large apartments. Maintenance is always up to date. Landlord is responsive and fair. He will always try and help and goes out of his way to be accommodating. Building is quiet with a large percentage of long time residents. Always peaceful after dark. Neighbors are friendly. Overall, a great place to live. I’ve lived here for nearly 4 years.

Do not recommend
Landlord does not keep up with building or his responsibilities. He will try to blame you and then keep your security deposit for issues from before you moved in that you dealt with the whole time.

I lived here for a year a I really enjoyed it. The landlord is nice, the property is well kept, and my unit was updated and clean.
