Horrible place to live! Cockroaches, bugs, mice oh my! They have huge problems with security. Somebody stole money from my car in the garage. Even if you send in a request to maintenance, they won’t get to it. They also have a new rule that if you don’t report things to maintenance, you will be kicked out. The smell of gas,poop,weed and cigarettes are the natural aromas of the building. Water pressure is horrible. They charge you for extra fees, not in the lease agreement. The leasing office is petty so you have to be extremely nice to them to get anywhere. Elevator doesn’t even work for 90% of the year. If you wanna live here, you gotta invest in a heated blanket because they don’t turn the heat on in the winter. The water tastes horrible. My packages were stolen often. The quality of the building and the rooms are in rough shape. If you don’t have a spot in the garage, good luck trying to find parking. The parking in the garage is very tight. The only positive thing I can say is the hardwood floors are nice. But hardwood floors don’t excuse all the mistakes of this place. 0/5 Stars
