Skyview Terrace

I have a roommate who is leaving Cleveland after the end of the fall semester. I'm looking for another roommate to fill the space on the lease. The leasing managers are willing to let someone put their name on the remaining portion of the 12-month... lease after passing their necessary background check and potentially other checks. The lease goes until June 30, 2025, with the ability to renew in April 2025. It is not a sublet, as the new person's name will be on the lease. There is no laundry in the unit at this time, but the building is planning on adding in-unit laundry at the earliest in January. Until the in-unit washer and dryer is added, water is included in rent, but once the in-unit washer and dryer is added, the tenants are responsible for the water bill. I already furnished the living room and balcony, but the bedroom for rent would be the new tenant's responsibility. In the event that the new tenant and I are not the best match, I would expect them to be the ones to leave the unit at the end of the lease, as the unit was under my name first.
