Terrible apartments!! Please stay away. Mold and mice infestation. The maintenance people stay drunk even in the morning. They do quick fix “repairs” that don’t last one month. But the rent is cheap and you can pay late if you need to. Worst of all the building is old and falling apart! Reeks of cigarettes and weed in the hallways. Seems like there are plumbing issues in this building because every few months, they cut the water off in the building to repair a leak, and this usually done at the... convenient time of 8:30 a.m.

I loved living in the building. The location was great. I could walk to all the stores and restaurants on Coventry and to Little Italy too. The manager was very responsive and available 24/7. I had a balcony on my apartment. It was great on sunny days!

Great landlords and the apartment looks pretty amazing! However, the building was constructed in the 1920s, so it's a bit difficult to compete with other buildings. Lots of odds and ends are wrong... The floor boards creak pretty bad, there is no central AC, and there is a slight issue with an over abundance of insects. Great location though, right near a strip of shops and restaurants that are top of the line and it is right near public transportation which is really nice. It's in walking... distance from a number of quality grocery stores and is in driving distance from a number of quality activities: 3 gyms within 5-7 miles, a salsa dancing studio, a great cemetery that doubles as a beautiful state park (you'd have to go to understand) and in walking distance from the Little Italy area as well as a great millennial age night life scene in Uptown Cleveland heights. Overall, despite the negatives it is a really good living experience. Relatively cheap considering all the square footage that I receive and the close proximity to some really nice events and businesses.
