Been living here for 6 months and the building is not well managed at all. Initial property manager at time of signing made false promises (said would clean carpet stains - never followed up, call box at front door doesn't work, secure mailroom still not available). We had a homeless person sleeping in one of the lounges for nearly a week - no security to do anything about it since the only staff on duty is M-F 9-5. The mailroom has been a major issue for many guests - packages are frequently... missing, stolen, or damaged. There is also nobody to accept packages for you on the weekend or after 5pm. I've seen packages left out on the sidewalk in front of the building. On top of these issues - the keg for the daily free beer is often empty. The grill outside wasnt operational for nearly all summer. 0/10 would not recommend this building to anyone looking to live downtown. So many better options out there.

The location is terrible if you drive, getting to the apartment during all the events you’ll be sitting in downtown traffic for quite a while just to get home. There’s homeless people that live in the alley way of the building right in the doorways. The garage has been left open multiple times and one the lovely homeless guys made their way into the building (because you don’t need a key to use the elevator) and was living in the lounge room for weeks. I’ve said something to the leasing manager... and she never wrote me back, it took multiple of us to complain in order for them to handle it. Back in April I lost my apartment key and they couldn’t replace it for 3 months, I had to leave my apartment door open every time I left because of this and was missing items out of my unit multiple times. The package area is in the garage so anything you order is up for grab to anyone that can get into the building. Parking is also $200 and if you’re parking spot is in the back of the basement garage good luck because there’s cement poles and metal poles at every turn, you have to go around the entire garage to even get back there and people don’t know how to park so it’s a pain and I’m sure you’ll redecorate your car by the end of your lease. There has been times where I’ve needed something fixed or replaced in my unit such as my bedroom door maintenance never came to replace my doorknob so I couldn’t even lock my bedroom door if I wanted to, I’ve had to either fix something myself or constantly nag to get something fixed. My unit was a fire hazard one way in one way out, there’s no real windows in the bedrooms and the living room windows don’t open and that was just a concern to me incase a fire or anything were to happen. The walls are pepper thin literally my neighbor who’s bedroom was on the side of mine I’ve heard everything thing it sounded like they lived in my unit. And it wasn’t even them being loud really, I heard regular conversations, tv at normal volume, then using the bathroom it was very annoying. You’ll get hear all the concerts at the house of blues as well. I thought this building getting a new leasing office manager things would turn around and boy I was wrong. I couldn’t wait to get out my lease after only being there for a few months I hated living here. It was poorly updated just cover ups to make everything “look” nice. They don’t spray or wash the dog park area it smells like pee and the back elevator is ALWAYS broken. And there’s only one front

Living in downtown Cleveland, is like another world, this is the greatest location. The leasing manager-(Jennifer)& ( maintenance guy-David) what a great team. We have get together so the tenants can get to know each other, who does that. I face Euclid Avenue so I see from east 4th to the new public square. The building is so clean & kelp up. So much is happening downtown & I'm glad I've invested in living here, I'm really just about next to everything, and even the warehouse district is in... walking distance. This is the place to be. When people say location location location this is the perfect location. Thanks Darlene
