Summer Time and the Air Conditioning is broken. Management with no timeline on when it's to be fixed. No solution given. Seeing one review here where the HVAC is down for almost 6 months, probably the same thing with our unit. just in Summer time you can really feel the heat inside the apartment. Rent is high for overall comfortability. Bad Smell on the first floor on the south building being beside the restaurant, hot elevators, hot room.

overall wound not recommend. we have been having issues with AC/heating for over 6 months. I keep addressing this to the managers but they do not seem to take these feedback seriously. rent is pretty high for what you get. parking is also 150 a month for roofed parking. it is in a good location and I feel safe walking around the area which is nice. I wish management would be more responsive.
