Peaceful Living

I moved in over a year ago. I have enjoyed the convenience of how close it is to Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve. I have spent a lot of time at the near by restaurants. I do feel secure when coming home from work. It is peaceful and calm. I even had a chance to speak with the owner. Wonderful place to live.

Safe, cozy place with nice managers!

I've been living here for almost a year and I enjoyed it. The environment is nice and the distance to all places that I need is perfectly walkable. I do enjoyed talking to the managers (Lisa and Guenet) because they are responsible and responsive! I'm planning to live here longer since this is such a nice experience.

Home Sweet Home

I moved into this beautiful apartment building back in July of 2023 and I must say it’s conveniently located near Case Western and The Cleveland Clinic. The interior of the building is modern, quiet and clean. Since the new security measurements were added to the front parking lot, that in itself has a made a HUGE difference! Utilizing the fitness room 24/7 is definitely a bonus due to different work schedules. Management not only cares about their tenants but is responsive to our needs. I... would highly recommend Addis View!

Too many car break ins

There have been multiple car break ins for months in the Addis View apartments parking lots. It is seriously unsafe to be here. Management does not do anything about it. Packages get stolen, front and back doors broken, gate left open. Security is not the priority at Addis View.

TERRIBLE!

I would never live here ever again if i knew how often my car would get broke into. I have spent over 1,000 dollars to fix my car from damages and management has done nothing to fix it. DONT LIVE HER

Car break-ins have been a problem all over the city of Cleveland. Addis View management took several measures to improve the security of our parking lots. In... September 2024, we installed a rolling gate to the parking lot across the street and making it secured and accessible to authorized tenants only. We also installed AI CCTV with 24 hours live monitoring on all our parking spaces. Addis View also started using a designated security vehicle to be utilized by our security guard to monitor both parking lots. We always take the safety of our tenants seriously and we did improve the security of the parking lots.

The building offers a parcel pending service where packages can be place in a locked locker. Addis View is a secured building with key fob access only making it accessible to authorized individuals only. Our front and back doors are always locked and secured and were never broke. Gate can only be opened with a transmitter given to authorized individuals and it automatically closes in few seconds.
