I have been living here for two years and have seen this newly renovated building rapidly fall into disrepair. The parking garage is being held up by scaffolding due to the severe rust on many of the supporting beams. Management has also failed to remove graffiti on the property. There's also only one elevator in the entire property, and it is constantly out of service due to maintenance.
