Greetings! This is a friendly house equipped with everything you'll need to come home to. It is a safe neighborhood but has cameras just because. There are three bedrooms with one smaller than the other two, so rent for each can be split accordingly,... but I would like one person to take responsibility for contact, forwarding rent, and any messages about property upkeep. Pets are allowed with a deposit. Please don't leave them alone in the house or yard for more than a few hours, however. I will need one person to sign the 9 month lease agreement. This is a quaint, well-kept, older home with the kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room, and a water closet downstairs and the three bedrooms and full bath upstairs. There is also an additional shower in the basement as well as the washer and dryer. The yard is fenced and there is a two-car garage with an automatic opener. You will love the big front porch with swing on beautiful fall and spring days. It is one block from Lake Erie, two blocks from grocery and convenience stores, and less than a block from the bus stop to Cleveland.
