I'm a CWRU-trained physician (& Cleveland Clinic Preferred Housing Vendor) looking for a responsible graduate/professional student to rent the fully furnished master bedroom suite + adjacent office/flex space, private en suite master bathroom... with double showers, and large walk-in closet on the 2nd floor of a renovated 4-bedroom + 3-bathroom 3,500+-ft2 home. This spacious master suite becomes available July 1, 2026 (an earlier move-in date may be possible for medical residents).

Two other friendly women live in the home: a Cleveland Clinic pediatric cardiac sonographer and a young architect (that is, a total of 3 people will live in the home including you). Recent housemates have stayed 4+ years and only left upon graduation from professional school.

This historic "Heritage Lane" home on East 105th St. is within walking distance of CWRU, University Hospitals, and the Cleveland Clinic as well as University Circle's Cultural Gardens, the Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Botanical Garden, Wade Oval park, and Little Italy. The neighbors are Case Western & Cleveland Clinic medical students, doctors, dentists, professors, and a retired NBA basketball player who's now a Cavaliers sports announcer -- many of whom walk to work or school.

You will have a dedicated outdoor parking spot in the fenced-in backyard and share access to the entire spacious 1st floor living area (kitchen, living room, and dining area) as well as laundry room and home gym in the basement. A 2nd floor guest bedroom is available for free to your visiting friends and family for up to 4 weeks/year.

Rent is $1,250/month (all-inclusive), including free utilities (electric, gas, water, central AC, internet), garbage removal, security camera surveillance (RING Doorbell and Nest cameras) with 24/7 smart phone access, and parking. No pets or smoking.
