They don't offer much guest parking 3-4 spots. When they send mass emails the office manager is very aggressive and threatening to tow vehicles. Overall the apartment is fine. Would not recommend this complex if you would like to have friends visit.

I toured with my daughter over 8 apartment complex in May 2025 for her apartment hunting. Our priority is a one bed room apartment that has modern amenities in safe and quiet neighborhood within a reasonable price range. SkyView Terrace checked all boxes. She just moved in and I stayed with her few days to help her move in. I am very pleased with our decision of picking this apartment complex thus far. The management has been great to work with and the apartment itself is modern and quiet. We haven’t checked out all the common amenities such as the pool and roof top terrace yet. Everything has been great so far. Highly recommended.

My son is 22 and lives in this apartment building. I have never worried about his safety, the staff is very responsive, maintenance requests are addressed right away, building is clean with many new amenities, everyone is friendly, updates are constantly being made, communication is great from the staff, location is perfect.... bottom line I am super pleased with this being his first experience living on his own. Not once have I worried about him in that building. Janelle, Pam, Tomas and Gerard are the most helpful staff and I truly appreciate them!

I love everything about my new unit! The renovations are very well done, well thought out, and upscale looking. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The move-in special was the icing on the cake! :)

I was a bit skeptical as I had heard nothing good about the prior company running this place but things have changed with the new people who bought it. My apartment looks brand new and they are continually adding new stuff and making it look really nice. I can't wait for the new gym which they said would be ready very soon. I can walk to school from here and not worry about need to drive!
