I love everything about my new unit! The renovations are very well done, well thought out, and upscale looking. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The move-in special was the icing on the cake! :)

I was a bit skeptical as I had heard nothing good about the prior company running this place but things have changed with the new people who bought it. My apartment looks brand new and they are continually adding new stuff and making it look really nice. I can't wait for the new gym which they said would be ready very soon.
I can walk to school from here and not worry about need to drive!

This newly remodeled apartment is super nice. It looks like brand new! I like the new kitchen very much. It is very spacious and bright! All appliances are brand new and works well. In addition, I love the new wood floor. It looks clean and tidy! I really enjoy the newly renovated apartment!

Beautiful building in a great location! The luxury amenities shows they really care for their tenants. The management team here were friendly and welcoming. Their move-in special made it easy and seamless for me!! Would definitely recommend this place!

The new management is not efficient. They don't care about the tenants and their needs. This place is a complete trash with lots of roaches and rats and infested with bugs. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
